Overall Satisfaction with OnPay
We use Onpay across our organization which includes two companies. It helped reduce our payroll costs greatly.
- Customer service is great. So many ways to address questions.
- It is user friendly and easy to navigate.
- The only issue I've had is when we use FFCRA sick time I have some difficulty seeing where the deductions happen.
- OnPay has had a great impact on our overall objective which was to cut costs.
ADP was great but expensive. OnPay has the same features at a better cost.
