Overall Satisfaction with OnPay
I use OnPay as my payroll processor for my own company as well as all of my accounting clients. It is very easy to setup new clients and correctly complete each payroll process on a timely basis. I can run as many payrolls as necessary for each indivual client as they request including special runs.

- It is easy to inactivate employees who leave the company.
- All quarterly and annual reports are completed and filed on a timely basis.
- Employees have direct online access to their paycheck as well as their W-2.
- Expand the mapping abilities to when using QBO Advance
- Time savings by 60%
- Inceased accuracy in filings by 90%
- Improved compliance by 100%
OnPay did not offer a program for Household Employees. SurePayroll did.
