Use Cases and Deployment Scope

OnPay is our Payroll solution. It does everything the big names do for a lot less money! It allows you to record deductions for 401k, HSA and a lot of other things. You can also do direct deposit into multiple accounts. You can add bonuses, track vacation, etc. They also file your quarter tax reports.

I was able to setup everything on my own. I did run into something I couldn't figure out and support was fast and easy. They quickly answered my question and got me where I needed to be.

Usability

OnPay is very easy to use. The computer interface is setup very well. You can quickly add people, enter your Payroll, print reports, etc. If your Payroll doesn't change from pay period to pay period (example, salaried employees) it takes mere seconds to enter in your Payroll.

Alternatives Considered

ADP Streamline Payroll

OnPay had everything I would have gotten from ADP for a much better price. Ultimately, the price is what made me choose OnPay. I've stayed because of the quality of the product.

OnPay is a great alternative to bigger Payroll companies. It has all the bells and whistles but the end user has to do all the work. It might not be the best solution for big companies that have a lot of employees. It's great for salaried employees that don't have changes from pay period to pay period.
