Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use OnPay for our payroll. We don't really have any issues with OnPay most of our questions to support are just to clarify things we aren't sure of. Overall we are very pleased with their service and customer service.

Pros and Cons

I like that they pretty much take care of everything relating to payroll.
Their website is very intuitive and easy to navigate.
Their cost is reasonable for what you get.

Return on Investment

The cost savings is a big benefit as we can literally spend a few minutes every 2 weeks on doing payroll.
I've found OnPay to be accurate when doing our filings. Never had any issues. It just works.

I always get a quick and complete answer when I call.

Usability

For me it's very usable. I take about 2-3 minutes to process payroll.

Alternatives Considered

We used to use Intuit Online Payroll a while back before they stopped their service. We switched to OnPay and it's been smooth sailing ever since.

We use OnPay for payroll and it's been a pleasure to use. We don't have the time or inclination to deal with payroll and using OnPay makes it so easy. This saves us a lot on costs as we have no need to hire anyone to handle payroll.
