Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am a single member LLC and I use OnPay to handle my payroll. It takes loads of stress off of me every month. All I have to do is log in each month, press a few buttons, and voila! It calculates taxes and automatically deposits my check into my bank account.

Pros and Cons

Easy to navigate system.
Excellent customer service whenever I have a question.
The onboarding process was straight forward and headache free.

Being open on Saturdays for inquiries.

Support Rating

I've only had to call a couple of times, and each time the customer service rep is extremely thorough and helpful. I've never had the experience, like I do with some other companies, of feeling stressed or irritated with the reps. They are competent, educated, and easily walk me through the system.

Usability

It is simple to use and all the tabs implicitly state what they are. It is also very personable in that there are small touches of heart-centeredness, which is really nice to see when dealing with numbers and taxes, etc.

OnPay is great for small to mid-sized businesses where they want some help with payroll but don't want to hire a company to do everything. There is slight involvement with but once the account is set up, it really is simple and easy to use. Even the onboarding process is easy and well explained.
