Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use OnPay for my firm's monthly payroll needs as well as for 4 of my clients who require payroll services. I find it user friendly for the most part once the set-up is complete. My only issue is that client set-up is cumbersome and not user-friendly. Support is professional and quick. Highly recommend.

Support has been nothing less than exceptional! Representatives are courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. They have helped significantly with issues beyond the norm.

Usability

Again, set-up is not so easy for the average client. I do not do the set-up as it requires a SS# for the owner. Clients have expressed difficulty with this step. From that point on, usability has been exceptional.

My clients who use OnPay are all small with under 5 employees. OnPay is one of the best payroll providers for small organizations that I have ever used. I think the reporting is user-friendly, the support is top-notch. The partner portal is easy to navigate.
