Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

OnPay is in a class by itself. I'm impressed with their management of resources and technology to deliver low cost high efficiency Payroll management.

We've been using their services for over 5 years now and value what they bring to the table. From visibility, to ease of use, all the way through their reporting, the experience is excellent. Even through the occasional moments of needing a hand from their support staff it's been a wonderful to work with them.

  • During the recession we experienced as a result of COVID19 I was particularly grateful we were able to have guidance from your team on how we needed to handle ERC credits. We did run into filing issues there, but were able to resolve them in the end.
As mentioned previously, I appreciate the Chat feature and have used it several times. I've also used the help database and found it wonderful. And I've had many email support interactions. Every time I've interacted with many individuals from the support team including...(who has helped me a number of times). The interactions have been professional and courteous and extremely helpful. Often they're able to resolve my problems and questions very quickly. OnPay has provided great support to our team here at Strike Visuals.
The interface is very intuitive and in moments when I've had questions, the support and help features have quickly resolved them. The ease of customizing and adding needed Payroll line components is wonderful.
I've also used 3py Payroll/staffing companies. I found those competitors clunky, slower in support, overly complicated, and overpriced. OnPay has been my favorite experience in Payroll over the past 20 years.

Would you buy OnPay again?

Yes

I'd say if you had someone who wasn't educated on how Payroll should be setup and function OnPay is less ideal. But even then you've got things so well setup and cost efficient, they could afford to put some focus on training. In my mind I imagine OnPay is the best solution for small to mid, even early large, company Payroll processing.

We're a small company so I'm unaware of the options provided to streamline importing of large group payrolls, but that might be an area where the interface could provide challenges.
