Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

I use Printfection to order conference swag items for our conference attendees, and swag gifts for our customer anniversaries/contract renewals, new customers, and our customer reference program. Printfection allows us to send our customers quality swag with our logo and easy reporting on our items. The best part of Printfection is its customer support team who works closely to help with onboarding, purchasing swag, and offering ideas and solutions. We are a remote company so another problem Printfection solves is that they hold our swag in inventory and ship out on our request.

I have worked mostly with [...] and some with [...], and they have been instrumental in helping me find the perfect swag items, and have also helped in my learning curve to use the Printfection order process for new items and the shipping process.
Swag.com was our previous swag company. I find Printfection has a superior customer support system as well as quick turnaround on new swag orders, and great communication when swag is shipped (I know when swag has been ordered, shipped, and delivered). I can also add a note to the swag when shipped.

Printfection has been great at helping us execute a large conference swag order. We choose one item that was not in the Printfection catalog, but the Printfection team was so great to work with and managed to get the item we wanted.

We are currently extremely satisfied with printfection. The quality of swag is very good, but the customer service ranks high above any other swag company. I have been working closely with my Printfection manager (Tyler Rowland) and he has been more than helpful from the start.

Evaluating Printfection and Competitors

Yes - Our company was using swag.com before we switched to Printfection. We had made the switch because swag.com was no longer serving our needs. Printfection had the customer support needed, they will outsource their products if possible, and we could add notes to the gifts sent. All things that swag.com did not provide.

I don't think I would change a thing. We are happy with our outcome.

Tyler led some of our staff through training and was very helpful. Tyler was also always available for any questions after training was complete.

We did not purchase premium support (as far as I can remember), but the support we are receiving is top-notch. I believe great support is so important, and gives confidence to the company!
There were more than one time Printfection provided exceptional support (like on-boarding), but the most recent time was when we needed to order company swag for our yearly conference. Tyler Rowland (Prinfection), was my partner in this process and helped us source one product not even in the Printfection catalog. Tyler also made sure all our swag was what we wanted (with mockups) as well as answered all questions quickly and helped guide us through the whole process as we needed to place a large order.

Using Printfection

Although any new product takes some time to learn how to use and become proficient in, Prinfection was fairly easy to use and the Printfection team was always available to help guide you through any situations.

Printfection Reliability

Only a few of our departments will be using Printfection, (like HR and Customer Success), but both departments find Printfection flexible and scalable.
Prinfection's availability has been great. There was one time when a product we needed wasn't available, but our Printfection rep made sure to get what we needed.
Printfection's performance has been top-notch. We have been using Printfection for only about 8 months, and have not had any issues with performance.

It was very easy to work with Printfection during the sales process, all questions were answered and a meeting was made.
Our Printfection rep has been absolutely fantastic to work with and always available to answer questions or solve any issues.

The terms we chose was to have a month to month contract/plan.
Prinfection's pricing is fair and comparable to others while in my opinion, providing a better service than other companies.
