Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

We use Printfection to design, order, store and ship our corporate swag. We were initially using Sendoso but found that the goods we wanted to order was extremely marked up (pricing), production turnaround time was not ideal, and shipping to AUS took a very long time. Printfection was a better solution for us to order custom swag (tshirts, hats, stickers, water bottles, etc), store swag (warehousing), and ship swag (conferences, customer onboarding or employee welcome boxes).

  • Responsive to customer requests/needs (will work with you 1:1 to get you what you need)
  • Straightforward pricing
  • Limited in gifting options outside of branded swag
  • Does not offer experiences/events like other direct mail platforms (Sendoso, Alyce, etc)
  • The UI is just OK - not the slickest thing I've seen
  • Storage / Warehouse
  • Cost-effective production of items with complex designs
  • Enabling other teams (outside of marketing) to ship swag
  • Order and roll out an internal swag store in under 2 months
  • Reduced subscription costs by 50% (no platform fees)
  • Order, produce, deliver swag items for a customer event in under 2 weeks
[... and ...] are the best! A big reason why we've been very happy with Printfection. Very responsive, always willing to help, pushes us when we need to be pushed (so we don't miss deadlines), and always offering creative solutions to solve for our need.
Pricing model was more flexible. They solved for our immediate need of custom branded swag and ability to ship internationally.

I think they're a great solution if you're looking for a vendor to work with you on branded swag. We had a rush order for our customer advisory committee and we're so last minute on ordering, and Printfection really hit it out the park with identifying the items we could get quickly and helping us order ASAP to get the items in-hand with less than 2 weeks turnaround. Primary use cases I would 10/10 recommend Printfection for: Storing branded swag Designing branded swag (multi-color, edgy designs - not your standard logo on a hat) Custom swag packs / branded swag boxes Enabling sales/CS teams to ship custom swag packs to prospects and customers Out of the box swag items (if you can dream it, they can source it)
