Overall Satisfaction with SignUpGenius
We have used SignUp Genius for staff parties and meetings. We use it within each team (teaching team, assisting team, and volunteer trade team) as well as when we have entire team events. It's an easy for everyone to sign up for something to bring to the party or meeting.
- It's very user-friendly, even for people who aren't used to apps or internet sites.
- You don't have to create an account which also makes it very user-friendly.
- It's an easy way to sign up to bring items to events, meetings and gatherings.
- The only downside I see (and this is very silly) is that it looks a little busy and the site isn't quite as "clean" as it could be. It doesn't affect the functionality of the site at all and it's really a small point.
- It really hasn't affected us financially. It's just helped us with internal organizing.
We have used Google Forms for many things and while it is useful, it isn't as easy for things like meetings, parties, and gatherings. When I look at the data from SignUpGenius, it's easy to understand and I know exactly what is going on. With Google Forms, it can be much more complicated for something simple like "What do I need to bring?"
