Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Meet
I like the ease of use as it's a program and service that I feel everyone can use. Some users are not very computer literate and can use the 8x8 Work application and the traditional desk phones with ease. It works with the Polycom handsets we have and seamlessly transfers the calls from the Work app to the handset or vice versa. I also like the training videos that 8x8 has to offer. They are a great resource that I can refer end users to in order to get the help that they need. I'm able to help people help themselves which is very important to me.
Pros
- The system allows our employees to work from home and continue to be connected to the phone system.
- Meetings are easy to join & establish.
Cons
- Less wait time on Service calls.
- Admin view is rather complex.
- Customer services.
- Webinars
- Analytics
- The cell phone app, 8x8 work, is great and allows users not to be tied to their desks
- Moves calls to other line if unanswered.
- Fuze, MiVoice Office Application Suite (Mitel Application Suite), QuickBooks Online and CorelDRAW Graphics Suite
