Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series

I was tasked with finding the best 'bang for your buck' VoIP system. After comparing 8x8 with other major competitors, it was a no-brainer. The price is unbeatable, the support is there when I need it, and I have no intention of switching to a new provider anytime soon.
  • Video conferencing.
  • Phone calls.
  • Text messaging.
  • More efficient user setup from the administrator end.
  • Reduce the amount of times there is no audio when answering the phone.
  • Cheaper than the previous PBX provider.
  • Great for hybrid work environments.
  • Team communication improved.

Evaluating 8x8 X Series and Competitors

Yes - Nitel landline PBX system was replaced by 8x8. It was cheaper to switch and we were able to remove our desk phones and clear up space in the server room.
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Scalability
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
I would not change our selection process. The biggest competition was Zoom phone, but since we are in the Microsoft ecosystem, it didn't make sense to use the Zoom phone.

8x8 X Series Training

I was paired with a solutions advisor that taught me everything I needed to know for my company to use 8x8.
