Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
We're using it for VoIP at our home office location and want to expand. We are also using the Contact Center solution for the IT Service Desk.

- Reporting could be a bit better. Currently needing multiple reports where I think one should be able to pull all data.
- Phone integration into the CC web app vs using the installed Work app.
- Call recording is a life saver allowing me to review calls and back up reports with facts.
- Reporting in CC is great and allows more insight into the day-to-day.
- Using IVR to drive calls to the appropriate people/ team is a time saver and being able to quickly pay maintenance message recordings is very helpful when we have major issues.
8x8 X Series is much better than our previous on-prem NEC solution which was frequently down due to power pages. Also, our previous solution offered little to no integration and lackluster reporting capabilities. The ICA chatbot offering was a big plus that we hope to implement in the near future.
