Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
It is being used across our entire company. It is also used on mobile devices as well as desktops. The virtual aspect of it solved business issues when on the road or traveling. Also, having an individual phone number per line is quite nice. This system is far less in cost as well.

- The setup was cumbersome as some phone numbers disappeared. Technical glitches.
- Changing packages was very difficult and time consuming. Involved a lot of time and it should be a simple process.
- 911 fees are exorbitant. This may be out of 8x8's control though.
- The cost is less than a traditional phone system overall.
- We do not host our own phone system as it is now in the cloud.
- The bill is much easier to read and understand.
- No long term contracts.
