Yes - Most of the time, yes. We had found an issue where some SCORM files did not work in iFrame, only pop-up. These were mandatory trainings and caused widespread problems for learners. While the support team was helpful, it was frustrating that the bug was not actually fixed until months later, along with the quarterly update. This was a bug that was affecting many learners and affecting our compliance scores. It impacted learner's trust in the platform, and we didn't have a fix until months later. While the support team is very helpful, the platform is buggy at times.
We were launching a complex course type with a third-party vendor. The third-party vendor did not do very good quality control for the SCORM file, but we needed to ensure that the bugs were with the file, not the Absorb platform. The Absorb support team went above and beyond to ensure our confidence in the platform, testing different versions of the course ahead of time and even clicking through the course to ensure it worked properly. The issue wasn't even with the platform, but Absorb's team went above and beyond to ensure our confidence in the platform.
