Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Active Campaign to manage new patients, in terms of follow-up and automating education for them. We also use the email automation to send reminders, announcements, and newsletters. We just integrated with e-commerce to allow for our customers to have a good experience while shopping online, as well as reminding them of certain things throughout the process.

Vbout, Ontraport and Mailchimp

We selected Active Campaign because of the HIPAA compliance. We also enjoyed the fact that we’d get design services and a dedicated account rep when we went with the enterprise plan. When we were searching and getting demos, we just found that Active Campaign was the easiest to learn and the staff was really friendly.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's very customizable. Pretty hard to find a situation where something can’t be at least half-way automated with Active Campaign. So many different automation triggers and follow up actions. I will tell our account representative what we’d like and she helps us figure something out right away. It works really well for entering potential patients into a funnel and having our staff follow up appropriately by automating reminders to call/email.
