Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

Active Campaign is used for all main day-to-day functions, including funnels to connect with leads and automations to best serve current customers.
  • Very simple to get started if you're familiar with marketing software.
  • Impressive customer success initiatives. Reps from Active Campaign work with you to actually get more out of the platform and only upsell where it makes sense based on current operations (aka they're not annoying or spammy).
  • Loads of documentation that helps with learning all of the features.
  • Active Campaign doesn't have any noticeable limitations with the way I use it. It may be somewhat challenging for a user who has never used any automation software, but that's very quickly remedied by the company's support & documentation.
  • ActiveCampaign has saved me an incredible amount of time, both delivering emails and also capturing/exporting data through integrations. This data lets me expand upon the analytics that come with AC, and truly see what's happening with my funnels & automations.

ActiveCampaign excels at all daily marketing needs + online automated course delivery. There are many creative, yet simple, ways to achieve everything I need out of this software. I haven't run into a scenario yet where ActiveCampaign isn't useful.
