Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We needed a CRM and email marketing tool with webpage and automation so Active Campaign was the best solution we found. It is price friendly, the customer service is great and it addresses all of our needs as a small organization to get our message out there.
- Landing Pages - easy to use and set up
- CRM - great for keeping track of customers
- Marketing - great for emails
- There is limitation with landing pages and custom URLs - www. does not work in front of them
- Some things could be more user friendly
- When making automations - not all lists or groups or emails always generate
- Landing pages has generated more leads
- More organized as a team with lists and contacts
- More engagement with emails
Active campaign was chosen for our team due to its ability to give us the landing pages and automations at a base level price without having to get add ons or make our subscription price out of this world. Also, the customer service was better and the discount on our yearly bill was great.
