Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for almost every aspect of our business. Sales use CRM. Accounting uses the Financial modules. We track all our our orders and inventory through Acumatica. We never knew that information could be so readily available until we begin using Acumatica. Everyone in our company has instant access to the information they need to do their jobs. We are able to work better and more efficiently since moving to Acumatica. Our sales have increased significantly thanks to all the information that Acumatica provides.

Acumatica University
Acumatica has given us the tools to modernize our business across the board. We leverage the CRM in order to build ongoing relationships with all of our customers. Information regarding item availability is available to everyone who takes orders. POs are easy to create and maintain. Order taking follows a logical work flow.

For a customer looking for a cloud based ERP, Acumatica is a fantastic. It was designed to be cloud based, not rewritten to move it to the cloud. It is designed for small and medium sized companies. Acumatica brings a high quality product designed particularly for small and midsized companies. Acumatica really is open to listening to their customers. It's not often that the president of a company gives his full attention to people from a very small company. All of the Acumatica employees I've talked to take my input seriously.
