Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We were using 2 kinds of 3 different systems and merged into 1, being Acumatica, just over a year ago. We use it from sales, to manufacturing, to customer service cases, and accounting functions.
  • Bills of materials
  • Links sales orders to production orders
  • Ability to grow in different things that link to Acumatica that are beneficial to our business
  • Backwards of production orders
  • Correcting invoices with payments already attached
  • Once you hit release it is hard to revert back
  • Allowed visibility to order status
  • Ease of updating info within 1 system instead of 2 to 3
  • Real time info

It allowed us to connect sales orders thru the whole manufacturing process for ease of availability to see data immediately once the info has been updated into Acumatica by the users.
