Our teams are in Acumatica daily reviewing approvals and documents, communicating through activities that are directly linked to the project for clear records, and being intimately familiar with their project financials to make informed decisions.

Acumatica has helped us to better serve our customers by having correct financial information, in a single source of truth. Our previous accounting system did not integrate with our project management tools, but our teams couldn't be directly in that accounting system for a plethora of reasons. Now we can follow up directly with customers and vendors and know it has been verified by our team so there are no discrepancies.
Acumatica is used for our project billing, job cost accounting, and expense management mostly. The product has made huge strides in the Construction space and project management, but it just isn't there yet for us transition solely to Acumatica for all of our processes like Weekly Reports, photo storage, and schedule management.
