Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Having everything in one solution is a perfect fit for us. All aspects of the business in one system is just what we needed to have. Instead of trying to integrate multiple systems, one system for everything is much smoother and easier for everyone to use across all departments.

  • Fast page load times
  • Haven't encountered any areas to complain about
  • Faster quoting times from sales
  • Better visibility into inventory
We can provide quotes and orders to our customers in a more uniform way, and faster than before.
We have been able to customize our order screens to show the way we cut reels of wire into multiple smaller reels of variable sizes, and that has been a must have feature for us.
All web based, no software to run, that alone has been a huge game changer to me. Plus, the SQL database is much easier to work with and can integrate more easily with more partners.

It is a good fit for many different types of businesses. It is perhaps not as good fit for a very small company, but its the right system for us.
