Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Acumatica as our ERP, managing the accounting and the finance section. I t also deals with our warehouse management> The problems were low analytical analysis (no P&L by Customer) all the cost in one bucket. Acumatica enable us to split our cost by functions (using subaccounts) enabling us to analyse the cost of each function independently.

Acumatica is well suited for small and medium sized companies, it helps have clear and simple processes. The accounting part of acumatica works very well and the native integration with Time Cards, project accounting and expense management saves a lot of time in manual processes. The ability to have import scenarios also simplifies some invoiicing processes
