Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acuamtica for Construction, AP, AR, project job costing. Acumatica has given use the tools and power to up our job costing game and fine tune our budgeting and estimating process.
- Generic Inquiries are very user friendly and easy to keep track of information
- Streamlining project creation and budgeting
- Providing real time job costing
- Some of the "automated" helps (ie, auto filling start dates at activation) are not helpful and create more work for us
- Not allowing common tasks to be added to an existing project template is frustrating and creates more work
- When approving invoices - it would be nice to have the project information, and preview of the invoice all in one screen instead of opening each individually
- It has gotten us visibility to cost estimating and actuals
- We have shortened month end closures by 3-4 days
- Automated invoice uploads saving time
7-12 months
It helps us manage the financial side of projects and get quotes to customers more easily.
It does a better job in job costing- not sure about CRM yet but we're working towards it.
