Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Acrobat in a variety of different ways in our organization. The main two uses for our team are in our marketing and sales efforts. Marketing we use it for one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers and more. For sales, it is our main source of building proposals for organizations. I would say that it is a tool that is used daily!
  • Sales proposals
  • Marketing pages
  • Case studies
  • Small files for sharing
  • Simpler small changes
  • Making one tiny change requires the pro version
  • I always struggle adding images
  • file size
  • simple sharing of pdf's
  • Signatures
  • Scalability
  • Ease of Use
Our organization uses Adobe Acrobat under our parent company. Our parent company is the one who holds the account and adds users under it. It is an extremely scalable solution that allows different people and teams to seamlessly be added. It is also a simple tool to use and most are able to figure out how to use it.
  • Efficient
  • Higher productivity
  • Easy to use
  • Secure
Frankly, we are not really using this tool for anything that would be important to security and compliance. We are not documenting anything that is secure or secretive. So while its great that they have these high standards, it really has no impact on us. However, as things continue to change it might become a bigger deal for us and will be super important.
Really, this was not much of a competition for anyone standing up next to Adobe. There is so much more scalability and functionality in a team such as ours that we did not have any issues or concerns going with Adobe compared to any of the other competitors out there

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

I think that most organizations are pretty well suited for using Adobe Acrobat. Any team that does lots of marketing or is trying to add sales I feel like having this tool is pretty much a must. No one wants to receive huge files of powerpoints or ugly word formatted sales presentations

Evaluating Adobe Acrobat and Competitors

I think I would probably spend a bit more time in comparing other options. To be honest, we went with Adobe just because of name and simplicity and the fact we have used them before. There may be some more options out there that do just as much or more for a better price. However, we are happy with our decision.
