Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

I use it for pdf formats of many documents or books. The tools to highlight or sign documents are very helpful as well as the possibility to fill in pdfs. I can mark or comment on specific sites or phrases. That helps me a lot in my work and studies. Can recommend trying the tools (many are for free).

  • Sometimes it's hard to find the color section of highlights. Sometimes it is shown in the toolbar, sometimes not. Could not find the reason

It's pretty easy to use pdfs shown with acrobat on any device. I use it with my phone, tablet, and laptop. The program suits well on any device and it's quite easy to make the documents readable or zoom in. It works pretty well. It is also possible to use the toolbox on other devices. Had to fill out some documents while being on the train and I could manage it on my phone.
I like the easy layout and the simple use of the toolbox. It is well organized and makes it easy to work with it. It is very easy to understand with many helpful tools. So Adobe Acrobat DC is the program we use the most for pdfs. It would be nice if there would be also the possibility to compile different files or separate them. For this, I use pdf 24 which is quite nice and easy.

It is well suited for all sectors that are working with pdfs. When I have documents or papers I do not send them in a word but convert them into pdf which seems more organized. I like the tools a lot. I can send pdfs to my colleagues and they can go through them and put comments without changing my text. It is very helpful
