Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign
Adobe Campaign is being used by our digital marketing department in our organization to build target audiences and orchestrate different channels across our entire product catalog and all our clients. As we cover 360º solutions with lots of different customers (offline, online) Adobe Campaign helps us in integrating all channels and achieve a great user experience.
- Integrations with most used CRM systems
- Cross-Channel Marketing that works
- Robust and easy to use interface
- Deep marketing knowledge for the initial setup.
- The speed of the software, it's slow responding sometimes.
- A complicated dashboard.
One of the outcomes is that we managed to have a workflow to target different segmentation by device (mobile, android / iOS, etc.) and also by other fields like age. That gives us the control to send different campaings to those specific segments and achieve a higher return on investment. That's very useful in the eCommerce market.
We selected Adobe Campaign because we are using more products of this company and we thought that this will help connecting all our marketing tools with designers and the marketing department, but the most important reason is that Adobe Campaign workflow tools are more powerful that Mailchimp, and the Magento integration for our eCommerce products is crucial. Now Magento is also part of Adobe, so it makes all sense to use both tools.

We have about 50.000 different profiles.
We have Adobe Campaign integrated with our Google Analytics account, and we also have an API integration with our on-premise own ERP to syncronize all user profiles. Thanks to the API we can have a very customized multi-channel integration with contacts across our entire company that we already have centralized in the ERP.
