Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Campaign

Mainly for the marketing departments of our client.
  • Marketing automation.
  • Secure customer and campaign data storage.
  • Ability to send private messages.
  • User Interface could be made a little more intuitive though it's easy to learn after using it for a week or so.
  • Its been a great positive impact on our clients as they moved from using Outlook and SMS for marketing to Adobe Campaign.
  • Drip campaigns have been very useful in data segmentation and targeting specific data sets.
Pardot: Adobe is a better value for the money. Active Campaign: Adobe Campaign has more automation features but comes inexpensive.

Very easy to onboard users and easy to navigate. Lots of support documents and help available.
I had a good experience chatting to the support team looking for some answers for specific client use cases.
