  • Add more tutorials
  • Allow to format from consumer perspective
  • No real return on investment
  • No monetary benefit
  • Add credibility and professionalism to presentation
We have not needed to receive support in this manner
Adobe has more formatting options and better analytics than Amazon.
Good for trainings and use for external consumers. Not great for internal uses.
