Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

Use for multiple clients to send emails, host landing pages, manage database, implement customer relationship management sync, establish third party integrations. Database management, troubleshooting. Tracking of promotional efforts for return on investment attribution. Use for multiple business problems including need to increase revenue and pipeline, increase user engagement, improve sales enablement.
  • Third party integrations - many native integrations.
  • Security - plenty of transparency and documentation.
  • Support - great support staff able to answer questions.
  • Email templates - not great out of the box email templates.
  • Landing page templates - same thing, they're not great and not mobile friendly.
  • Seed lists - make it easy to send people copies of deployed emails.

Well suited for business to business organizations that use salesforce with more than one hundred thousand records in their database. Less appropriate for healthcare or business to consumer organizations. Good for teams that have experience with it as it's complex, will be hard to enter in a team where no one has used it before.
