We mainly used Marketo Engage for lead management use cases and different business units' newsletters management. All of our clients were not tracking any number so far, and after implementing the solution in their businesses, clients started to make business decisions based on those numbers.

As of now, both of our clients are trying to increase their lead numbers by sending newsletters and product discounts using Marketo Engage. Some integrations are also planned, so they'll have more data to work with and create better opportunities with existing and new clients.
