Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

We utilize Adobe Marketo Engage as our full marketing automation platform, we utilize it in the following activities:

  • Direct emails
  • Live event registration page and promotion
  • Webinar registration and promotion
  • Smart list creation
  • Syncing marketing qualified leads to Salesforce
And more that I am not involved in.
  • Providing highly customizable workflows for leads
  • Easy to use email A/B testing
  • Customizable tokens to use in one or many campaigns
  • User interface could be updated
  • Email and landing page customizability
  • Identifying commonly used fields to build smart lists
  • Upsell
  • Cross-Sell
  • Prospecting / New Business
Marketo allows us to easily filter to identify prospects or customers and segment those groups to ensure we are able to reach the right person with our message.

Yes

I have found Marketo Engage is best for one to many communications to large lists. If you do not have established marketing practices and a large list size, it may not be the right fit for you. If you do have a large list size and ample marketing team, it is an excellent way to reach those folks in an impactful (and measurable) way.
