Overall Satisfaction with Adobe PhotoShop
We currently only utilize Adobe Photoshop in our marketing department. We supply other departments with material made in the program though. We mainly use Adobe Photoshop for print material, such as package inserts, flyers, catalogs, brochures, business cards, etc. and for digital advertising. Before we started becoming skilled in Adobe Photoshop, we relied heavily on free or very inexpensive programs like Canva.
- Ability to create more elaborate designs
- More options to customize for a more professional looking final product
- Ability to export in higher quality
- With many options and tools, the interface can be quite overwhelming
- Retouching tools
- Smart objects
- Selection tools
- It is significantly more expensive than other programs, but we end up with better quality
- Our customers notice the difference
- Our owners are happier with the level of material from the marketing deapartment
Adobe Photoshop is in a nutshell just a more robust program. It really opened up options that the other programs we used or were looking to use could. Upgrading from Canva to Adobe Photoshop has enhanced our final products in every aspect, from the idea phase to the final product. We couldn't be happier!
