Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP products for our HRIS, benefits administration, 401k/retirement, time and attendance, and payroll. We love the single entry point for our employees as it pertains to all of these employee needs.
- Bidirectional communication - 401k and payroll, benefit changes and carriers, etc.
- Reports.
- Provides helpful information and links for our employees.
- We are not presently on the newest version so it may have capabilities now that we are not benefitting from.
- Would love a calendar link to Outlook from time off requests.
- In general, calls to ADP often take too long (wait time or resolution time).
- Created many efficiencies and process time reductions when we switched to ADP.
We love the 401k dashboard.
