Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is used throughout the organization. Employees log their PTO requests through Workforce Now and also have access to their paychecks and annual statements online. It helps me keep the time off portion of my position organized and makes it easier to process payroll.
- When set up properly time off is a good feature.
- Keeping track of employees' time.
- Keeping track of benefits.
- iReports tend to have issues when trying to download bi-weekly payroll reports. I frequently need to contact support for assistance.
- Set up of benefits should have been easier to complete on my own. Assistance was helpful.
- Setting up the portal can be tricky. The dialog box is not user-friendly.
The ADP name and the way the product was presented to us lead us to believe it was the right choice.
