Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used by all employees to manage their time cards, punch in/out for the day, view benefits, pay stubs and annual statements. We have an Admin group that uses it for managing status changes of employees, entering new hires and benefit coordination.

ADP Workforce Now makes it easy for my organization to have all its employee needs on one platform.

  • Updates aren't easy to learn
  • Termination process changes too often and is inconsistent
  • Billing process is a breeze due to the ability to communicate with 3rd party vendors.
ADP Worforce Now is constantly updating and staying current with ACA and other law updates.

All of our health benefit bills are pulled from ADP. It keeps the bills very accurate and makes my life as HR Manager very easy in that part of my job.

Love the Bridge for answers I need. It takes a long time for a response with any posted questions, sometimes days.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited for employee's to manage their time and be self-sufficient.

It is not helpful for employers with multiple company codes. To change a company code, you must enter a new position and term the old one, which always messes with the flow of health benefits. There has to be an easier way to do it by now.
