ADP is used by the whole organization. Managers are responsible for overseeing their departments' time cards, discipline and performance reviews, ensuring all time cards are approved daily, approving scheduled time off, and completing all milestones of their departments' annual performance reviews. My job duties include payroll processing, benefits and overseeing the performance and annual reviews for the whole organization.
- Performance Dashboard is very easy to use, and they provide lots of help for those that need it.
- Love the new feature that allows the employee to enroll in the benefits on their own.
- Makes daily tasks easier.
- Whenever an update occurs, there seems to be data that is skewed in the process.
- There is a lag in the system when reviewing the forms in the Performance Dashboard.
- Overall, affordable cost of payroll process.
- ADP is a productive payroll system.

It was easy to integrate all systems into one, that way we do not have to outsource to different vendors. ADP is a one-stop payroll system, where we can complete all areas from not only payroll to benefits, but others including 401(k), and FSA contributions.

COVID-19 Response
We were made aware of the tracking system when Covid-19 began, and put a strain on our flow of work. I found this tool very helpful and the ADP support team was there to make sure I had all the answers to my questions. I also appreciate all the notifications of changes while dealing with this pandemic.
We did not acquire a PPP loan, so this does not pertain to our company.
I appreciate and use all of the resources that ADP offers regarding COVID-19. We utilized the Employee Communications Toolkit and the webinars offered through ADP.
ADP WFN mobile is a life saver during this pandemic. All of our employees use the mobile app to record their time and also request time off. I find the mobile app works very well on a daily basis and appreciate how easy it is to use.
