Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now as our system of record for our almost 9,000 employees. What has been interesting in our companies case is we have a constant stream of acquisitions and mergers so we are always having to get new divisions onto ADP from their previous payroll system.
  • Easily view timecards.
  • Easily view paystubs.
  • Practitioners need the ability to edit (more) of what employees submit to us for approval instead of just rejecting it.
  • I'd love to be able to login as an employee or manager and see exactly what they see.
  • Less employee data management for HR.
In the past 10 years, my company has grown dramatically, from less than 500 people to almost 9,000. ADP Workforce Now has grown with us without issues. We have been able to add new divisions to ADP Workforce Now as they join and it doesn't disrupt the other divisions we have ADP Workforce Now.

I didn't have much involvement, but it seemed like most of the problems we had came from ClearCompany and not ADP Workforce Now.
ADP Workforce Now was much easier to learn and offers employee self service that those did not.
I've used several different brands of payroll software and ADP Workforce Now is the most comprehensive while also easy to use. I think the bigger your employee count the better suited ADP Workforce Now will be for your needs. A smaller company may not get as many benefits from ADP Workforce Now compared to one with a large workforce. The employee self-service in ADP Workforce Now is great.
