Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize the time and attendance, payroll, and benefits pieces of ADP Workforce Now. Everyone within our company uses Workforce Now. The system is user-friendly so it is easy to train our employees and supervisors on how to clock in and out, approve time-off requests, etc.

Pros and Cons

Account Manager - Chris is amazing. He always responds to my questions or concerns quickly and is always helpful.
The system is usually reliable. There are times where it is down or experiencing issues, but that seems to be few and far between.

The unplanned outages. Although few and far between, it can be frustrating if it is a pay week.
The system not being so finnicky. When an employee is missing one punch, but has the other, I sometimes have to delete the row because the system will not recognize that I added the missing punch.

Efficiency.
Little to no cost training employees.

Scalability

Since I have started using Workforce Now, it has improved and scaled tremendously. I have not agreed with all of the updates, but a lot of them I find useful.

ADP Workforce Now is easier to use and is more efficient.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think overall, ADP is a good timekeeping and payroll system. It is easy to create and pull reports, and the customer service has been good recently.
