Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now across our entire organization. We use it for payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, performance management and time and attendance. It is our go-to place for all things related to our employees.
- They listen to customer feedback.
- Each module "talks" to the other modules in the system easily.
- Their payroll account reps seem overworked.
- Some of their reps assume they know what your problem is without fully listening to what you, as the customer, has to say.
- System glitches have caused some expensive payroll corrections.
- It is an easy system for the employees to use for self-service, reducing the amount of time spent by practitioners handling minor employee-related tasks such as updating addresses or direct deposit information.
- Cognos
We try to pull data from ADP and move it to Cognos. There is a lot of manipulation that has to be done to the data before it is usable for Cognos.
ADP Workforce Now has a smoother flow of data and information across the system and between their customer service helplines that when I used Paychex. At my last company we were implementing UltiPro, which seemed to be a more robust system than ADP WFN, but the implementation was a nightmare and there were many delays and glitches.
