Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP is used across the whole organization as our primary tool for payroll, maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and performance management.
- Custom reporting.
- Managing employee records.
- Compensation events (too rigid).
- Performance management/dashboard (too rigid).
- The performance dashboard is too prescriptive in its format and results in more admin work than intended for all users.
- The compensation dashboard is too prescriptive in its format and requires us to rely on external Excel-managed solution for comp events.

ADP's integration with our ATS, Hirebridge, has been phenomenal. We've automated a ton of our new hire onboarding process and we save approximately 30-60 minutes a week now!
Domo, our business intelligence platform, is a different story, unfortunately. We were about to connect to ADP's API, but ADP is not able to deliver all of the information we need to report on using this method. The "Workers" API doesn't provide any comp info, but most importantly, it doesn't report on any of our custom fields which are significant to our operations.
