Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now across the organization. Most employees are basic users who access their paystubs/W-2s, acknowledge company policies, performance reviews, etc. We have users for payroll and human resources as well. We do use the recruitment tool and employment verifications (are signed up - but not using regularly).
- There are a lot of functions available.
- The recruitment module - It has truly streamlined our process/paperless.
- Every time an update is done, it almost inevitably screws up something else in the system, and it is not always obvious, so it may take a while to find these problems. It is extremely annoying.
- It is hit or miss with client services - some reps are not very good. Although I will say that I feel this has improved over the last few years. We seem to get the help we need more expeditiously more often than not.
- For me, the most positive impact was our utilization of the recruiting module - It has saved us a lot of time and money being able to easily post to our website and external sites and has the applicant tracking all in one place. We are happy to use the online application as well, which has reduced our paper usage.
- I am also pleased with the ability to use performance management online - Primarily for the reduction of paperwork /time to process and record retention. However, it is cumbersome to set-up.
We believed ADP had more functionality and was more scalable.
