Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used company-wide. ADP is solving many things! It helps to keep us compliant with better record keeping. As our Human Resources Information System, it houses important data that is easily accessible for HR, managers, and the employees themselves. It also is self-service, so no more paper forms for W-4 changes, address changes, direct deposits, etc.
  • Customizable - set up for your company's needs
  • Account Manager - someone allocated to your company and all its complexities
  • Performance evaluations have a lengthy process that gets a little confusing.
  • Definitely has saved money--less paper pushing, less time, and greater accuracy in processing payroll.
Not sure ADP Workforce Now can handle the more complicated schedules (ex: we have firefighters that are on a very different schedule).
  • We integrated ADP Workforce Now with Microsoft Teams
Integration was not very difficult to achieve but doesn't always work like it's supposed to.
The ADP team (implementation team, account manager, etc.) is extremely competent. The services offered through ADP are much better than Paychex (in our opinion). The payroll processing with ADP is amazing!
ADP Workforce Now is great for our company. We have a little fewer than 200 employees, so it's very easy to use and manage people with. The reporting features are great, though sometimes a little difficult to configure (could just be that I'm not very savvy with reporting). ADP is always making enhancements, which is good and bad. It's great that they are constantly aiming for improvement, but sometimes bad because changes tend to frustrate the employees and managers.
