Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now to operate all of our HR operations. We use it to make announcements, post company policies, operate time cards, and a plethora of other functions. It houses our employee data as well as all of our payroll and performance review functions, letting us work on all of our HR needs from one location.
  • Timecards.
  • Announcements.
  • Too many drop-down menus.
  • Convoluted for first-time users and needs explaining.
  • It has made finding personal information like pay and performance goals easier.
ADP, once learned, is rather intuitive to use. It just takes time for anyone to learn it, whether they are managers, employees, or other members of an organization to access it. Now that processes like performance reviews are easier to understand and keep a track of, I think that ADP Workforce Now will become more intuitive and easier to use.
