ADP NEW ADDITION ANALYSIS
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We currently use ADP Workforce across the entire organization. I feel it allows us, as the consumer, to customize systems based on our needs as well as being user-friendly.
Pros
- REPORTS- Being able to run just about any type of report needed, having some examples pre-programmed and being allowed to create your own in multiple formats, also having a representative available to assist if needed.
- MVR reports are simple to process because the information is carried over from the Talent option.
Cons
- Document Cloud-Some of the add on functions do not read or convert over to the mainframe. Like some information located in the Talent profile (i.e. application/resume) cannot carry over to the actual profile categories located in the Document Cloud.
- Document Cloud- When uploading documents that need to be sent to a group of employees at one time (i.e. policies), there aren't notifications/alerts available for the employees to be aware of the occurrence, whether an e-signature is desired or not.
- We are able to locate and track the types of drivers through reports offered in one program and the program is capable to handle the volume we employ.
- The onboarding option allows the new hires to complete most of the paperwork in their own timing without the 1st-day pressure. It gives the new hires opportunity to read what's needed and find information or update information needed prior to orientation.
- MVR/Background reports have been integrated with ADP
- We would also like to have Lab Corp
As of now, Lab Corp isn't available for the integration with ADP, there is another company that assists with drug screens, but we would love to see Lab Corp added as an option. Also, Samb Safety is a company that we would love to look into for continuous monitoring of MVR.
