Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used across the whole organization for time & attendence, benefits, pay, and more.

Pros

  • Document cloud.
  • Bridge assistance.

Cons

  • Document cloud features can be edited/added.
  • Notifications in the message center should also be sent to employee email so they know to check ADP.
I am new to using the software but so far I have found it very easy to navigate, find help, and use. I also believe is holds all the features I need.
I have not used a previous system.
ADP is perfect for helping our employees enroll in their benefits. Also, employee documents can be uploaded into ADP and require an electronic signature to help go paperless. It is also a great software for time and attendance to help HR and payroll.
