The process was easy, however lately had issues because the pay data wasn't transferred correctly from old payroll, and I would inform ADP on time about that, but when doing the transfer I was told that the pay data from old Payroll will come separately, now after 2019 qtr4 closed, I was told that actually ADP is sending everything in one form and they have the data from Optiright. The issue is that they did not upload that data and said that it was a system error. So I was dealing almost 2 weeks with the Payroll Manager to correct all 420 tax forms because they did not have the right amount. She did correct for us, did amendments, but it was a pain as we got the final forms at the beginning of February and by that time all contractors were calling us and complaining why they have to wait so long for a tax form.
The idea to have ADP WFN is because Optiright was bought by ADP and we were transferred with same prices as we had. We liked the contract and the features we got as Optiright was kind of an old system and not very easy to access or use.
