Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used for payroll and time off across the entire company.

  • Clear communication
  • Help and support
  • Nomenclature and ease of use.
  • I spend a lot of time chasing things down on ADP that seem like they could be easier to find or create in reports.
I have too much difficulty to use in payroll and reporting, I can't imagine the scalability would be efficient.

As previously stated, the support is extremely hit or miss, often I leave a support call still frustrated and have to figure things out or call back and hope to get a person who can help.
It is a good tool, but the support is hit or miss. I only receive emails asking to do a survey when the experience was positive. Often I leave the call still frustrated and have to live with the mistake or call back and hope I get someone helpful.
