Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

My current organization just switched to ADP Workforce Now and so far, so good. There are some features that would make it more efficient, however, overall, it is a simple system to use, and ADP Workforce Now support has been wonderful.

Had several scheduled calls with our ADP Workforce Now representative [during] implementation. There was a lot of information though, so [at times it] became confusing and overwhelming.
Timekeeping is easily trackable. Errors are simple to fix. It is user-friendly.
