I use ADP Workforce Now to process payroll on a weekly basis. During the pandemic, ADP Workforce Now was so helpful in creating reports and Time off policies to keep us in compliance. We also use the platform as a way to communicate and spotlight things to our employees. The staff has been super helpful, from the purchasing to setup to continued support.
- The continued support is amazing
- Our dedicated account managers have been fantastic
- Lots of learning opportunities as well
- I feel the reports are still a little hard to navigate
- I wish the the ability to switch between items in employee profiles were easier
- We have had a huge success with WOTC credits due to the recruitment module
- My payroll is easier to complete even with holidays in the mix
- Easy to be compliant with employment records
